In my work, I focus on awakening abilities such as lucid dreaming, seeing without eyes, telepathy, etc. through breathing, art, visualization and working with plasma devices to create harmony in the body. These practices are designed to bring mind and body into a state where this can naturally occur.
Lucid dreaming has fascinated humankind for centuries. The ability to navigate "dreams" or "Astral Realm" offers a unique window into the subconscious, a space for self-discovery, and a way to heal emotional wounds. This blogpost is dedicated to lucid dreaming, focusing on the feelings and experiences that come with the practice, as well as the fascinating physics behind it.
When I say "Dream", I am talking about "Dreamscapes", "Astral Realm" there is differents name for it, but it's all the same.
If you are intrigued by the mystery and transformative potential of lucid dreaming, read on to dive into the matter.
Lucid Dreaming: A Journey of Navigation, Not Control
Many think that lucid dreaming is about controlling everything—like flying or manipulating figures. But the real magic unfolds through surrender and engagement with the dream. The transformative aspect of surrendering to the subconscious mind brings forth a deep, unexpected beauty and insight. Imagine steering a ship on an open ocean. You can't control the wind or the waves, you can only navigate. This is how experienced lucid dreamers approach their "dreams" – gently steering the subconscious as it reveals what needs to be seen.
The shift from control to navigation fosters a deeper experience. Letting go brings freedom – a deep sense of trust and curiosity. Dreams often unfold in surprising, insightful ways, revealing hidden aspects of the psyche and leading to emotional healing and moments of euphoric clarity.
The physics behind lucid dreaming
Lucid dreaming is not just an emotional or psychological phenomenon, but also involves profound physical aspects. Dan Winter, a researcher deeply involved in the study of consciousness, provides valuable insights into how lucid dreaming works at a fundamental level. He explores concepts such as plasma and coherent waves, suggesting that when our brain waves reach a coherent state, we can create a kind of “plasma body” that moves through different dimensions. This plasma is created by aligning our thoughts and emotions and makes it possible to experience the dream world with increased clarity.
This understanding of physics can be applied to shamanic practices in the real world. For example, a shaman could use this form of coherence to connect with nature. Imagine a shaman dreaming of the fish they want to catch tomorrow. In a lucid state, the shaman communicates with the fish, sharing their feelings and receiving the fish's consent to be caught as an offering. This mutual exchange, based on resonance and coherence, creates a deep connection between the shaman and nature. The fish shares its essence with the shaman, who gratefully accepts it and thus enters into a harmonious connection.
Dan Winter (physicist) and Anna Mikulec (expert on lucid dreams) also explain how lucid dreaming is possible in a group. Imagine that several people meet in a parallel realm / dimension that is identical to our own, but without the usual restrictions – in which exploration and collaboration are limitless. In such a lucid group environment, people can not only communicate but also interact with the environment, which in some cases can even be observed in real time. This goes beyond individual experiences and opens doors to the exploration of collective consciousness.
The emotional landscape of recurring dreams
Lucid dreaming can aid in self-discovery and emotional healing. Recurring dreams, especially nightmares, often symbolize unresolved issues. Facing these symbols head-on can lead to transformation.
For example, being chased by a lion in a recurring dream will evoke fear and adrenaline. In lucid dreaming, turning to face the lion can lead to emotional release. Fear can transform into curiosity or insight. The lion might symbolize repressed courage waiting to be embraced. Facing it can empower you, lift a burden from your shoulders, and reflect newfound courage in the waking state.
The feeling of lucidity: waking up in the dream
The moment of lucidity in a dream feels like an electric surge of awareness – a rush of clarity that spreads throughout your being. Colors come alive, sensations become more tangible. Imagine standing in a sunlit meadow, feeling the warmth on your skin, the grass beneath your feet, and realizing that this is your dream. There is a beauty in this realization – a miracle that conveys a sense of limitless possibility.
Lucidity often brings with it a feeling of weightlessness. The constraints of the physical world fall away, creating an emotional lightness. Daily concerns seem far away compared to the vastness of the dreamscape. It is an invitation to explore freely, knowing that anything is possible.
The Geometry of Dreaming: A Lucidity Tool
Visualizing geometric shapes to learn lucid dreaming – vortices, spirals, torus – serves as a powerful lucidity tool. When these geometries are well integrated in the mind, they can later be used as portals, visualized during the dream state to dive deeper into lucidity. Imagine being surrounded by a swirling vortex and feeling it pull you inward. This movement not only brings deep silence but also opens a gateway to exploring other realms of consciousness.
You become centripetal – a fractal embedding in the greater whole.
Navigating the dream: Feeling your way
Lucid dreaming is an emotional journey. Anchors such as looking at your hands serve as checkpoints, but true navigation is driven by feelings. Emotions guide the dream – curiosity, wonder, fear and love determine where it goes. By tuning into these emotions, you navigate through the dream and your inner world.
Curiosity can lead you to explore overlooked areas of a dream. Fear can become a gateway to confronting hidden aspects. A feeling of love for a place or person in a dream can be so intense that it moves you deeply. These emotions are what make lucid dreaming profound – they touch the core of who you are.
Grounding and emotional safety in lucid dreaming
It is important to feel grounded during lucid dreaming. The dream world can be vast and confusing. Grounding helps you maintain a connection to yourself. Imagine roots growing out of your feet, anchoring you as the dream unfolds. This reassuring presence gives you stability.
Declaring sovereignty in the dream – affirming that you are in control – brings emotional security. It's not about controlling the dream, but feeling safe while exploring. This grounding allows for deeper exploration, confidently engaging with challenging aspects of the psyche.
The Emotional Depth of Lucid Dreaming: A Gateway to Inner Exploration
Lucid dreaming is a gateway to inner exploration. Every lucid moment offers a chance to feel deeply and connect with hidden parts of yourself. Whether it's the exhilaration of flying, the warmth of sunlight, or confronting a dreaded symbol, lucid dreaming offers emotional experiences that resonate beyond the dream.
By navigating instead of controlling and trusting instead of forcing, you open yourself to the deeper wisdom of your subconscious. Every dream is a journey – an exploration of emotions, fears, desires and imagination. Engage with the dreamscape, feel your way forward and discover profound truths about yourself.
